General Requirements:
- Completion of Defensive Driving Courses
- Knowledge of Highway Safety Rules & Regulations
- Valid NC/SC Driver’s License
- Must pass Criminal Background Check
- Must pass Drug & Alcohol Testing (random checks)
- Must have a clean DMV Driving Record

Orientation and on-going training is provided. We cover topics such as:
- Company Operating Procedures
- Safety
- First Aid
- CPR
- Wheelchair Lift Operation (bus drivers)
- Blood-Borne Pathogens
- Emergency Procedures
- Harnesses & Restraint Securement
- Customer Service
- Preventive Maintenance
